If you are not pleased with your order after getting it for any reason, we do not have any return or exchange option for the same. Please note again, return only possible if the product got damaged while shipping or transit and wrong item/size delivery.

 

Please retain the item with all manufacturer packing, accessories, price tags, user manuals, warranty cards and other accessories (whatever we provide) for a smooth and hassle-free pickup procedure. From our end, we will arrange for pickup within 2-3 days after the damaged product delivery or raising a return request against the wrong product. After receiving at our end, we will investigate the damaged or misplaced item, given accessories and product invoice, tags etc. and process for a refund ASAP. It can take a maximum of 2 business days to process the refund. We do not have the option for exchange at any cost. You should visit us our terms and condition page for more. Gift cards cannot be paid in cash.

 

We offer refund against wrong product delivery, proper cancellation and return terms as mentioned on our cancellation and return page. Refunds will be made in form of online payment only. Whatever amount buyers have paid for buying a product, the entire value will be reimbursed to the account that was used to make the payment. After processing for refund, for any circumstances, it can take 3-5 business or banking days to receive the fund in the origin account. You can contact us for any need regarding the refund or other issues. For Cash-on-Delivery option or other payment related issues, we can ask customer his/her bank details to initiate refund. Please make sure to cross check when you send us information.
