Is it necessary to register on the website to purchase products?

   Yes, registering on the website is required. We recommend that you create an account before ordering - it is free. You will not have to enter all of your information every time you shop with us. And don’t worry; your data is completely safe with us.

 

I have placed an order, what is the expected delivery time frame?

   Our delivery timeframe: Dispatch within 2 working days | Delivery in 7-10 working days.

   While we attempt to deliver your products within the above-mentioned time frames, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In  such cases, our team will send you an email updating you on the status of your order.

   We only use leading courier service providers to ensure your products get delivered on time with complete safety and privacy.

Yesterday, I tried to place an order using my debit/credit/net banking service window. Although the order was not fulfilled, the payment was deducted. What now?

   We would suggest you to please check your account again in 24 hours for payment reversal. If the problem persists, we would request you to contact  your bank. For further help, you can drop a mail.

How can I cancel my order?

   You can cancel your order only within 24 hours of placing the order. Please refer to our cancellation page.

I messed up between my shipping & billing address / gave wrong address, what to do now?

   If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can correct the shipping address for you. Just send a mail to xxx@gmail.com with your correct shipping  address and order id. We will update it for you.

   In case of the order is dispatched, you need to bear the return and forward shipping charges.

I ordered an incorrect size of a particular product by mistake, what should I do?

   At ParamStore, we don’t offer exchange or issue a refund for products with incorrect size ordered by you. But in case a fault happens from our side, we will take care of it. In case of receiving an incorrect item, please mail us within 24 hours from the date of delivery. 

What are the payment options?

Is it safe to pay using a debit or credit card?

   All monetary transactions on our website, including online banking and debit/credit card transactions are completely secure. Your transaction is processed through secure gateways managed by reputable banks on our website.

Will my product look exactly like what appears on the website?

   The product photos you see on the internet are a digital representation. We do our best to match what you see on our site to what you get, but we can't guarantee that the colour and print of the products, artwork placement or the size of the print will be precisely what you see online. It can differ a very little. But size won’t be a issue.
